PURPOSE
To advance the public interest in the visual arts and to promote the development of excellence in visual arts in the South Palm Beach area.

This purpose is brought about by sponsoring visual art exhibitions (juried and non-juried), by sponsoring demonstrations by visiting artist, which are open to the public, by awarding scholarships to deserving students to continue their advanced study in visual arts or visual arts education, by providing grants to non-profit organizations that sponsor art activities, by organizing Paint-Ins, by organizing art instruction activities, by providing a newsletter that keeps area artist aware of area and regional art shows and provides recognition of the achievements of area artist and by providing a directory of artist and supporters of the visual arts.
